cardiohow.com is an online service from cardiohow.com (hereinafter “cardiohow.com”, “we” or “us”) that offers search engine optimization (SEO), website analysis, white-label (SEO) and embeddable tools (the “Services”).

These Terms of Service govern your use of the cardiohow.com software and any additional services offered by or available from cardiohow.com (the “Services”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully.

Accuracy of Data

Though cardiohow.com strives for result accuracy, works on meticulously improving their logic, and return accurate results for the vast majority of websites, cardiohow.com has no control over search engines, search engine results, third party websites and cannot ensure 100% accurate audits every time. Additonally websites can be built in unconventional ways, or using invalid, non W3C compatible that can disrupt normal checking processes.

User Agreement

As a condition of use, you agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Service, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by cardiohow.com.

Users of cardiohow.com Services Agree:

• You will not use cardiohow.com to carry out unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory actions.
• You will not take any action that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of cardiohow.com.
• You will not collect users’ content or information, or otherwise access cardiohow.com, using automated means (such as crawelers, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission.
• You will not upload viruses or other documents with malicious purpose.

User Account Security

Because cardiohow.com users provide their real names and information, here are some commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account:

• If we disable your account, you will not create another account without our permission.

Payments

A valid credit card is required for both paying accounts and free trial accounts. Each account is entitled to a single 7-day trial period. After the trial period, if there is no cancellation, the credit card will be charged with the price of the plan selected.

The Services are billed in advance on a monthly basis for monthly plans. We will refund an invoice if a request is made to our support team within 7 days after the payment. A refund request will only be actioned in parallel with a cancellation of an account.

There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, your credit card or PayPal account that you provided will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle.

Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of content, features, or capacity of your account. cardiohow.com does not accept any liability for such loss. Prices of any Service may change, however, old plans will be grandfathered in unless otherwise stated. cardiohow.com will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modifications, price changes, or suspension or discontinuation of the site or Services.

Termination

Your right to use cardiohow.com automatically terminates at the end of the term of our agreement and earlier if you violate these Terms of Service in connection with your use of cardiohow.com. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of cardiohow.com, in the event that you breach these Terms of Service, with or without notice.

You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time by using the cancellation link in the “Account” screen from within the cardiohow.com application.

Changes to cardiohow.com

We may discontinue or change any service or feature provided at cardiohow.com at any time.

You acknowledge and accept that we are striving to make sure our embed code works on all sites and platforms, but do not guarantee that the code will work on all sites and platforms.
